Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is a surgery procedure for altering the labia minora and the labia majora, the folds of skin surrounding the vulva. The purpose of the procedure is to reduce the length of the labia minora or correct the symmetry between one side and the other.
Every woman has unique size and shaped labia. However, if the labia is especially elongated it may cause discomfort and pain for some women. Many women experience pain from twisting or tugging of the labia while riding bikes or during intercourse. For other women, they find the length of the labia to be a hindrance to confidence while wearing certain clothing. Labiaplasty is a fairly simple and straightforward procedure.
